When opened, a T hinge has the appearance of the letter 'T'. An alternative to butt hinges, T hinges are usually used in conjunction with a Suffolk latch on traditional plank doors. Designed to match the Anvil's Bean thumblatches and D handles. A pair and a half (three hinges) can be fitted to provide extra strength for heavier doors. These Blacksmith T hinges are hammered into shape from mild steel using a traditional anvil and fire manufacturing method. Sold in pairs. Supplied with matching SS wood screws.
