LOCAL DELIVERY*

We offer a free local delivery service throughout Oxfordshire provided by our friendly delivery team.
In stock orders placed before 10am should be delivered on the same working day. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered on the next working day.

TRADE COUNTER COLLECTION

Order online and collect from our trade counter. Opening hours are 7am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Collection orders will normally be ready within 2 hours of the order being placed, as long as all items are in stock at the time of order.

STANDARD DELIVERY**

We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on eligible orders over £75 (excluding VAT). Standard Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days.
For orders under £75 there is a £4.95 delivery charge.
Delivery to Highlands of Scotland or Isle of Wight is charged at a flat rate of £25.
Though not guaranteed, we aim to despatch all orders the same working day when placed before 3pm, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 3pm or placed on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
Stock status can be viewed online. For orders that are part-stocked, the goods will be delivered complete when all items have arrived in stock.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Standard Delivery is available to 95% UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to any Northern Ireland & Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping on request. If you wish to make a purchase to areas outside of our standard delivery locations, please email details of the products and quantities required, along with the shipping destination to sales@oxonfastenings.co.uk and we will be pleased to provide a quote.


PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS, SOME PRODUCTS ARE LISTED AS COLLECTION OR LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY. If you require one of these products to be delivered, please contact us and we can look into possible solutions. Please note, these items will not be eligible for our free standard delivery service.  

FAQ’s

I have a specific delivery time requirement.

If your order is urgent or you have a specific delivery requirement, please contact our team on 01865 884022 or by emailing the details to sales@oxonfastenings.co.uk and we will see whether we can accommodate.

I would like to have a collection only item delivered.

Some of our products are listed as collection or local delivery only due to delivery restrictions with our standard delivery provider. In some instances, we will be able to deliver these products using an alternative courier. If you would like to discuss this option and pricing, please contact our team on 01865 884022

How can I view my order status?

To find out the latest status of your order online, log in to My Account and then go to Display Orders.

My delivery is late.

Unfortunately, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. Although we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, we do endeavour to try our very best to make our customers aware of any potential problems to limit any inconvenience.

My order has arrived damaged.

In the unlikely event that your parcel has arrived damaged, please sign the delivery ticket as damaged on receipt and contact our team within 24 hours of receipt of the package so we can try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.



RETURNS POLICY

At Oxon Fastening Systems Ltd, we hope that you will never have to return anything to us, but if you do, we aim to make the process as simple as possible so that you can exchange or refund your purchase with confidence.
In addition to your legal rights under The Consumer Rights Act with regards to faulty or misdescribed items, we also allow you to return stocked goods if you simply change your mind.

You may cancel an order or return most unwanted goods to us within 28 days of the date of receiving delivery, or collection from the trade counter. Please remember to provide your proof of purchase to help speed things up.

If your item is unwanted and not faulty or misdescribed, please make sure that it is unused and in a sellable condition, complete with its original packaging, alongside any promotional items associated to the purchase.
We are unable to accept the return of any unwanted items that have already been used or fitted prior to returning.
Restocking charges may be applied to some items that have been specially ordered in which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Some items are excluded from our returns policy including those of which have been made to order, cut to your requirements or any perishable goods that have been supplied correctly in accordance with your instructions and requirements, unless such items are faulty or not as described.

We will arrange collection of any goods that are being returned due to having a fault, being incorrect or misdescribed. For any goods that are being returned due to no longer being needed or the wrong item being ordered by the customer, the goods must be returned to us at the customer’s cost. Items can be collected by Oxon Fastenings, but the cost of collection may be deducted from any potential refund due.

We will only be able to refund to the same method of payment used to purchase the goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days following our receipt of the goods. If a return needs to be sent back to the supplier, refunds will be made from us once the supplier has processed the return. If you want to be notified when your refund has been processed, then please contact our team.

If an item is faulty and was purchased less than 30 days ago, please follow our standard returns procedure for an exchange or refund. If the 30-day period has passed and you find a fault within the first 6 months, we will offer a replacement or repair where possible. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund. After 6 months, your statutory rights as a consumer will continue to apply. Please note, for faulty goods reported after 6 months, you must be able to show that the fault was present on your receipt of the item.
